Mornin' hens!
Yup, ANOTHER baby card!! Wud I tell you? I believe I've made more baby cards these past few months then I've made in all the years I've been blogging!!! Crazy ain't it?
Oh, but you hens know I'm not complaining. No siree, not one bit! I love making cute cards and baby cards are my kinda cute! Woot-woot!
This card is for my niece Denise. (I love saying that together! LOL!) She's due in July and we're so excited for her. The baby theme is "Jungle" so this image fit the bill. I stamped the image onto some Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored him with my Copics. Then I stamped the sentiment and colored the word "BABY" to match the giraffe. I drew the spots inside the letters so it would tie in with the giraffe's spots. I love how that turned out. Ok, so next I added some faux stitching detail to the edges and tied a double bow with white twine. To finish, I added a tiny tag with the baby's name, printed on the same cardstock with my printer, and then adhered the whole panel to the card base. Sooooo SUH_WEET! I hope you hens have a TEE-RIFIC Thursday!

Sweet it is. :) I love the matching Baby letters with the giraffe.
ReplyDeleteThat is so sweet. I love it and I love how you did the letters to match the giraffe. You did a great job and I know the recipient will love it.
