TOO STINKIN' CUTE!

Morning' hens!  

Is this a riot or what?  Lil' Chick asked me to make her this card as her anniversary card to Doug.   Bwah-ha-ha-ha!   Can ya tell she's mine?  Yup, chop off the 'ol block all right!

Ok, well not much to explain as it's a SUPER simple card.  She saw the idea on Pinterest HERE.

I found these stickers at Walmart and then stuck them onto cardstock and fussy cut them out.

I ran the card base through my printer for the front and inside sentiments and then adhered the little "piles" with foam tape. I added some washi tape to the bottom, rounded one bottom corner and tied some twine with a button for a little added interest.  To finish, I colored the word STINKIN, added some fumes with a grey pencil, and added a little heart on the side.  Ahhhh, nuthin' like true luv!!

Happy 3rd Anniversary!

Morning' hens!  Today is Lil' Chick's and Doug's third wedding anniversary.  I'm so proud of them.  They have a wonderful marriage.  Oh, and I get to watch Jaxon on Saturday while they go on a date.  Woot-woot for me! Tee-hee!  For their card, I thought these little bunnies would be perfect since they look so sweet sitting together.  I stamped them onto some Neenah Classic Crest cardstock, colored them with my Copics, and then fussy cut them out.  I've been wanting to try scoring lines on my cards for awhile now, so I thought I'd give it a try.  I stamped "congratulations" first and then scored two lines above and below it.  I really like the look and to think something so simple could add such a nice touch.  I added some patterned paper to the bottom and stamped the sentiment just above it.  To finish, I rounded one bottom corner, added a few punched hearts, and then tied some twine in a cute bow.

Happy 60th Anniversary Mom & Dad!

Today is my Mom and Dad's 60th wedding anniversary!!  Woot-woot!!

Isn't that AMAZING!!  I'm so blessed to have such wonderful parents. 

So, in honor of their special day, I made them this card.  This is another Pinterest inspired design.  Can ya tell I love to PIN??  {snort!}  You can see the original post HERE.  I just fell in love with this card when I saw it and knew I wanted to use this idea for my Mom and Dad's anniversary card.  It's a fairly simple design and I LOVE the clean look.  Okee dokee, that's it for me today.  I hope you hens have a WONDERFUL Wednesday!!  {{{hen hugs}}}
