Ready for another Catch the Bug challenge?
Woo-hoo!! Yep, it's that time again.... time for another Catch the Bug challenge! This week's challenge is Dog Days of Summer! You can use any animal you like, not just dogs but we've combined a color challenge too! Ooooooh, and you thought this was an easy one huh??? Eh, it's not that bad.... just use neutrals (white, ivory, kraft/brown, or black) + 1 color. See easy peasy right? Today I used "Itchy Dog" from Bugaboo Stamps. I printed him out onto some Fanboy CS and colored him with my Copics. I cut him out with my circle Nesties and sponged some ink around the edges. This DP is from the Max and Whiskers collection from Basic Grey and I matted it with some Bazzil rust and SU Very Vanilla CS and stitched around the edges. To finish, I added this dotted ribbon, and for something a little different, I threaded it through the button and tied a simple knot. You likee?
Be sure to leave me a cluck below and let me know whatcha think, k? Now I'm sure you're dying to see all the ways the Bugaboo DT interpreted this challenge, so hop on over to Catch the Bug and take a gander at all that eye candy. Be sure to bookmark the site and return later to add your card before the challenge closes. If your card is chosen, you could win up to 7 (yup seven!) FREE images from Bugaboo Stamps!! And if that tweren't enuf, the winner will also receive 4 FREE digis from the sponsor of this challenge, Stampin Dragon Designs. Woo-hoo, so whatcha waitin' for??? Get those images printed up and start workin on YOUR "Dog Days of Summer" card!! I can't wait to see what you come up with!! Have a wonderful weekend!! {{{hen hugs}}}
