Havin' one of THOSE daysss?

Whew!! I know I've had a few of those lately. Did I tell you my computer took a DUMP?? Just shoot me, right?? Honestly for the last two weeks I've been doing nothing but trying to get everything back to where it used to be. What a nightmare!! You have no idea how much you depend on little things to be where they should be. But if I can give you one little bit of advice, invest in an external hard drive!! OMG, I thank my daughter everyday for talking me into getting one. Yay!!

Ok, so onto today's card.... This is Little Emmy from Stamping Bella. Isn't she GREAT? How many times have you ever put on two different shoes??? What a hoot!! I have a friend I use to work with who has REALLY BIG feet so when she found a pair of shoes that fit and were comfortable, she would buy several colors of the same style. So one day she comes to work and low and behold she has one BLACK and one BLUE shoe on. Oh and it wasn't a dark blue either, BIG DIFFERENCE in color!! Man, I thought I'd bust a gut laughing at her. Smiley She was so embarassed!! Now I wouldn't have laughed so hard if we weren't REALLY good friends but I know she could have killed me. Oh yeah the card... so I stamped Emmy onto some SU Very Vanilla and colored her with my Copics. I stitched her onto some SU Night of Navy CS and adhered her to this FABULOUS DP from Jillibean Soup's Cabbage Stew collection. OMG, I just love the name of the line!! LOL!! I used my Martha Stewart border punch for the edge of the panel and finished by tying on a cute bubbly bow!! Ok, hope you hens have a SUPER DUPER Tuesday!!

Be sure to upload your card for the That's Krafty Thursday challenge here on my blog. See my April 22nd TKT post to upload your card using Mr. Linky. Can't wait to see your creations!!

I was wonderin'....what external hard drive did you purchase? I just recently uploaded my pics onto my laptop...all 15 memory cards....yes, I would buy a new one everytime I filled one up. I didn't know how to upload the stuff until someone showed me how. Thanks for any advice you may have....!!

Love the card, a co-worker showed up at our Christmas party with 2 differant shoes on. Hysterical. So everyone wore miss matched shoes to work the next Monday! LOL.

  6. Sweet card! Love love that paper!! When my son was 2, my in laws took him to get a new pair of shoes. He walked around in those things for a week before we realized they forgot to take the paper stuffing out of toe area! He never once complained. I guess if the shoe fits right, its not so bad to have 2 different ones!

  12. OM gosh, Jeanie, she is a BEAUTY! I think I must have her for heaven's sake! Love your colors and well, everything about this card! Thanks so much! I would so like to be your neighbor or your co-worker who wore 2 different shoes (which I have done also! School teacher husband, summer off, can't turn the lights on!) because you are the funniest, fun person I know in blog world!! If I was your neighbor or co-worker, I would never have a bad day!
