Hi there! Today is my daughter's friend, Alicia's birthday. They both LOVE to go to Starbucks and chat so I thought this was the PERFECT card for her. I made an accordian fold inside, then punched the top of the fold with the SU Word Window punch and made a perfect little pocket for the Starbuck's gift card. She's gonna love it, oh and maybe the card too! (he-he) This cute little coffee cup is from There She Goes stamps. I paper pieced the stamped image with white CS and some paper from a SU 6x6 paper pad and added a little shading with my Copics. I printed the sentiment on the computer and finished it off by wrapping some twine around the card base and adding a button. Here's the inside
Supplies: Stamp-There She Goes "Let's Get Together"; Paper-SU Pattern's Pack; CS-SU Kraft & Georgia Pacific White; Twine; Button; Corner Rounder-Fiskars; Punch-SU Word Window; Copics
I've been a crafter all my life but finally found an outlet for my passion for paper about 9 years ago and I've been stamping ever since! I'm married to the most WONDERFUL man in the whole wide world, and we've just recently become grandparents to our SWEET grandson Jaxon! I work full time but hide out in my COOP (stamp room) every chance I get! I LOVE this hobby of mine, and sharing my creations with you here in the HEN HOUSE. I hope you enjoy your visit! Awwwk!
